# Moharrik

> The AI engine behind a business: a CRM with a shared inbox, WhatsApp, research and browser automation — fully operable from Claude and other AI assistants over MCP.

Moharrik (Arabic for "engine") is my own product: one workspace where a business keeps its contacts, companies and deals, answers customers across WhatsApp, email and chat, and runs research and browser automations.

## What it does

- **CRM** — contacts, companies, deals, pipeline stages, activities and tasks.
- **Shared inbox** — WhatsApp, email, website chat and more in one place, with labels, assignment and AI summaries.
- **WhatsApp** — linked to the business number, with opt-in and pacing rules built in.
- **Research and discovery** — finds opportunities and prospects and attaches evidence.
- **Browser automation** — a Chrome extension that runs saved, reusable presets on allowed sites only.

## Built for AI from day one

Every capability is exposed through a full MCP server, so the whole CRM can be operated from Claude and other AI assistants — with confirmation steps for anything that sends a message or changes data.
