**The short answer:** I'm Fady Mondy, an Egyptian software engineer based in Cairo. I work as an **applied AI engineer and fractional CTO**: I design and build AI systems, SaaS products and developer tools, and I lead engineering teams. I founded **TomatoPHP**, an open-source ecosystem of Filament plugins for Laravel, and I created **Laravilt**, **ToGO**, **Zekra** and **Orchestra MCP**.

## What I build

- **AI systems that run in production:** agents, RAG, MCP servers and automation, with the cost controls, evaluation and permissions they need to stay useful after the demo.
- **SaaS products:** multi-tenant platforms, admin panels and APIs, mostly on Laravel and Go.
- **Developer tools:** frameworks and plugins other engineers build on.
